Is AdultMatchClub really free?

AdultMatchClub offers a variety of membership packages. Standard membership is free. As a Standard member, you can chat, send instant messages, and browse through our worldwide database of profiles. You also have access to our interactive Magazine, where you can post or answer advice questions or post poetry and articles. There's plenty to do as a standard member! If you decide you want to speed up your search, consider one of our premium memberships. Premium memberships offer far more privileges and cost as little as 25 cents (or less!) per day.

How do I know if the members on this site are not fake?

AdultMatchClub only requires a valid email address in order to become a member of this site, as you will not be able to obtain your password without one. This means that should any member of the site be found guilty of abuse or harassing other members, we will have a lead in finding the person who is causing the problems; with the help of that member's ISP (Internet Service Provider), we can hopefully trace that person. Needless to say, such people will be permanently banned from membership on this site. However, our service is otherwise confidential. There is no way that we can do extensive background checks on members, and we expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any pain, damage or suffering arising from your use of this site. Please use your common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet on this site.

If you feel that a member is using AdultMatchClub for abusive or fraudulent purposes that are not in adherence with our Terms of Use, please email our Abuse Team their handle so that we may investigate.

What is the difference between entering as a guest and entering as a member?

AdultMatchClub works on a membership system so that we are able to keep data files that contain your profile information and other information such as your "Favorites", etc. Guests may enter the site and browse the listings, but in order to post a listing and use the many features available on the site, you must become a member.

I just signed up and have not received my password yet, what do I do?

There may be a number of reasons why your password has not arrived yet, including possible issues with your email provider or our mailer server. Don't worry though; use this form to request your password again. If you are still having problems receiving your password, do not hesitate to contact us .

Why is my computer and/or browser giving me errors when I am using your site?

AdultMatchClub is only compatible with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Safari. Please make sure you have updated your browser to the latest version in order to have a smooth navigation experience.

Does AdultMatchClub work with WebTV?

AdultMatchClub is only compatible with the latest version of WebTV (currently 2.8.1). To see a list of features on our site that is not compatible with WebTV, please read the disclaimer in our Terms of Use .

What is the "Standard Contacts" feature and how does it work?

Standard members are only allowed a limited number of profile views and email contacts per day. With the "Standard Contacts" feature, not only will all Standard members be able to view your profile, but they will also be able to initiate contact and reply freely to your emails. *Note: Accounts with the Standard Contacts feature will not have any special indicators on the profile listing. To prevent abuse, Standard members are allowed to send you up to 10 emails per 24 hours using this feature. Keep in mind when purchasing this feature, that standard members will be able to view your profile however this does not allow them to see your photo(s) on your profile.
