What alternative payment options are available?
There are several alternative payment methods available if you would like to
purchase a premium membership and credit card payment is not an option for you.
Send either a check or money order to:

The check or money order should be payable to AMC Adult Services, Inc. and must be in US
dollars. Please keep a receipt of your payment for future reference.
To avoid processing delays, clearly write the following information on your
preferred form of payment:

Your handle

The name of the site you are purchasing a premium membership for

The type and length of the membership you want to purchase

The e-mail address registered with your account
You may also choose to fax or mail your credit card information. Print the
credit card page and fill it out. The owner of the credit card must sign the
bottom of the page to give authorization to charge their card. Send the filled
out page to the address above or by fax: 1-954-227-9265. Your credit card will
be charged within 72 hours and your premium status will be immediately
activated.

Why was my credit card denied?
There are many reasons why an order comes back denied by your financial
institution. Most common are:

insufficient funds available (tax is not added to the listed price)

your card has expired

your billing address does not match the card statement.

cvv/cvv2 number incorrect or incomplete

Where can I view my "Billing History"?
When you click Billing History on your 'My Account
' page, you'll see all active features and billing information for which you
are currently paying.
What shows on my bill when I upgrade?
By default, your bill will show a charge from "AMC Services".
How do I upgrade my membership?
If you would like to upgrade your membership to one of our Premium packages,
you simply need to click on the "Upgrade Now" link located on the top left side
of your member homepage. To learn more about our premium membership prices or
to order, you can also click here
for our order form.
What is Auto Renew and how do I turn it on/off?
The Auto Renew feature will automatically renew your membership and any
additional features (such as highlights, private chats, or Standard Contacts)
you've selected when they are about to expire. Your account will be renewed
using the credit card you have on file on your Billing
History page. You can update your credit card
information on your "Billing History" page so that you
will always have a current credit card on file with us.
If you do not wish to automatically renew your Premium subscription, highlight,
or private chatroom:

Log into the site using your handle and password.

From your member homepage, click on the "My Account"
link from the top menu.

Click the "Billing History" link in the Account section.

At the top of the page you will see product status.

To turn off your auto renew, click "OFF" under product status.
